Dr. Square

The Dr. Square Distortion is a classic, hard clipping style dirt box, based around the DeArmond Square Wave Distortion Generator.

We’ve made a few tweaks and additions to make this a more versatile unit for your toolbox of sounds.

• Gain
Controls amount of distortion.
• Shift
Changes the high frequency content. Cutting HF clockwise, & boosting HF counter-clockwise.
• Level
Controls your output.
• Squish
Adds sustain and thickness.
• Thud
Changes the LF cutoff, allowing for more bass frequencies.
