Welcome to NotPedals! By accessing or using our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 
1. General Use

By using NotPedals, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You agree to use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account.
3. Listings and Transactions

Builders are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, including descriptions, pricing, and availability.
Buyers are responsible for reviewing listings carefully before making a purchase.
NotPedals is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed by builders.
4. Payments and Fees

Payments are processed through a third-party payment provider. By using the platform, you agree to their terms of service.
NotPedals may charge a service fee for transactions. Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed.
5. Shipping and Returns

Shipping is offered free of charge. Any duties taxes or import fees are solely the responsibility of the buyer. Any items returned to us due to non-payment of such fees will be refunded to the customer, minus a 40% restocking fee. 
We do not offer change of mind returns. We must be alerted by email or contact form of any item that arrives faulty within 14 days of delivery. IF a product arrives faulty, and we are notified of that fault, NotPedals will, at its discretion, organise return shipping of the item for replacement. If replacement is not available, a refund will be made. 
Any faulty items after that 14 day period will be returned at the buyers expense for refund, replacement or repair, at our discretion. 

6. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

List or sell illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited items.
Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior.
Use the platform to distribute spam or malicious content.
7. Intellectual Property

Builders retain ownership of their intellectual property but grant NotPedals the right to use images and descriptions for promotional purposes.
Users may not copy, reproduce, or use any content from the platform without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability

NotPedals is a marketplace platform and is not liable for disputes between users.
We do not guarantee the performance or outcomes of any transaction.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NotPedals is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.
10. Changes to Terms

NotPedals may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
