30-Day Returns

If your pedal arrives faulty or develops a manufacturing fault within the first 30 days, the builder will repair or replace it. If a repair or replacement isn't possible, they'll organise a full refund.

What's Not Covered

Our warranty doesn't cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect power supplies, modifications, water damage, accidental drops, or feeding it lasagna. Treat it right, and it'll sing for years.

Where do you ship from?

Our pedals ship from either our warehouse in Ohio, USA or directly from the builder. Every product page clearly states where that pedal ships from, along with its expected dispatch time.

We ship worldwide, with shipping costs calculated at checkout.

Do all pedals include a warranty?

Yes. Every pedal sold through NotPedals is backed against manufacturing faults. Each builder offers their own warranty, visible on the product page. Note: This warranty is provided in addition to any rights or remedies you may have under the consumer laws that apply in your country or region. Those rights can't be excluded or limited by this policy.

What about duties and import taxes?

Customers are responsible for any local duties or import taxes charged by their country.
