Within 14 Days of Arrival
If your pedal arrives faulty, the builder will repair or replace it — and we’ll cover return shipping. If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll refund you. This doesn’t cover change-of-mind returns. We don't offer change of mind returns. 

After 14 Days
If something goes wrong later, the builder offers a limited lifetime warranty and will do their best to repair it — you just cover the return shipping.

What’s Not Covered
We can’t help if the pedal’s been dunked in water, used with the wrong power supply, dropped, modded, or fed lasagna. Treat it right, and it’ll sing for years.

📖 FAQs

Where do you ship to?
Pretty much everywhere! Just punch in your address at checkout to be sure. Antarctica might be pushing it, but we’ll try.

How much is shipping?
It’s free. Yep. Completely free. No minimums, no weird conditions. You’re welcome.

Do you offer a warranty on the pedals?
Yes! We cover faults within 14 days and offer a limited lifetime repair service beyond that. Scroll to the top for full warranty info.

What about duties or local taxes?
You're responsible for any taxes or duties. If a pedal gets returned to us because you didn’t pay them, we’ll refund you — minus a 40% restock fee. Ouch, we know.

Can I list my pedals with you guys?
Yes please. If you’re a pedal builder making cool stuff, hit the “List Your Pedals” link in the footer and let’s chat.

Anything else I should know?

  • Most demos are filmed by the builder, unedited — so you hear the real thing.

  • Some pedals are one-offs or super short runs. If you love it, grab it.

  • This whole thing exists to support indie builders and help you discover tone you won’t find anywhere else.
