Yes. Every pedal sold through NotPedals is backed against manufacturing faults. Each builder offers their own warranty. Note: This warranty is provided in addition to any rights or remedies you may have under the consumer laws that apply in your country or region. Those rights can't be excluded or limited by this policy.

Customers are responsible for any local duties or import taxes charged by their country.

If your pedal arrives faulty or develops a manufacturing fault within 30 days of delivery, we've got you covered. We'll pay for the return shipping, work with the builder to organise a repair or replacement, and provide a full refund if a repair or replacement isn't possible. Our goal is to get you back making noise as quickly as possible.

Each builder on NotPedals offers their own warranty, which is listed on the relevant product page. If you experience a problem after the initial 30-day period, please contact the builder directly to organise any repairs, replacements or warranty claims.

Our 30-day warranty doesn't cover damage caused by misuse or improper operation, incorrect power supplies, modifications or repairs carried out by anyone other than the builder, water damage, accidental drops, or feeding it lasagna. Treat your pedal right, and it'll make your own noise for years.
