Warranty Coverage

NotPedals.com and our dedicated builders stand behind each pedal sold on our platform with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, NotPedals.com or the respective builder will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

Warranty Period

The Lifetime Warranty lasts for the lifetime of the pedal, starting from the date of its arrival to the customer. It is limited to the original buyer. 

What We Cover

  • Within 14 Days of Arrival: If your pedal arrives faulty, the responsible builder will replace the pedal and cover any associated return shipping costs. If a replacement is not available, the builder will issue a refund. This does not cover change of mind returns. 

  • After 14 Days of Arrival: Should your pedal become faulty after 14 days, the responsible builder will repair the pedal, with the buyer responsible for any associated return shipping costs.

Exclusions and Limitations

This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

  • Conditions, malfunctions, or damage resulting from negligence, improper maintenance, or modification.

  • Damage caused by improper use or operation (including operating the pedal outside the permitted or intended uses as defined by the manufacturer), incorrect power supply, exposure to moisture, dampness, dust, or extreme thermal or environmental conditions.

Legal Rights

This Limited Lifetime Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. The disclaimers and limitations of liability under this Limited Lifetime Warranty shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

NotPedals.com does not warrant that the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free. This warranty does not cover issues, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from abuse, misuse, or alterations.
